Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules may differ depending on the tour package or service you book. Before confirming your booking, we suggest checking the specific terms related to that package.

You can cancel your booking directly from our website. If you face any issues, you can contact our support team and we will help you with the process.

Please note that cancellation requests may take some time to process, depending on the type of service booked.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges depend on how early you cancel your booking:

  • More than 30 days before travel - 25% of total package cost
  • 30 to 15 days before travel - 50% of total package cost
  • 15 to 7 days before travel - 75% of total package cost
  • Less than 7 days before travel - No refund
  • No show - No refund

If a booking is cancelled after the allowed time or not used, full charges may apply.

Refund Policy

If your booking is cancelled as per the policy, the refund will be processed based on the terms shared at the time of booking.

Refund timelines:

Air tickets: around 30 to 45 working days
Hotel bookings: around 10 to 15 working days

The time may change depending on the service provider.

Additional Charges

In some cases, cancellation or modification charges may also apply from our side, along with charges from airlines, hotels, or other providers.

Important Points

  • Any booking charges, service fees, or administrative costs may not be refundable.
  • If a booking is not used for any reason, full charges may apply.
  • In case of natural calamities, refunds may not be possible.

Special Cases

  • If travel is affected due to lockdown or a positive COVID report before travel, rescheduling of land packages may be possible. Valid proof is required.
  • For flight bookings, airline rules will apply in such situations.

Booking Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or reject any booking. If a booking is not confirmed, any unused amount paid by you will be refunded.
